The venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the on-site staff and providing assistance to other events in their venue. They do not help with timelines or the flow of your event. As your event planner, we are there to serve you on your special day and ensure all guests are well taken care of and having fun your special day.

We accept cash (Zelle), certified checks, and all major credit cards through Quickbook or Paypal. We do require a retainer fee and initial down payment in order to hold the date. We then work with you to create a customizable payment schedule to best suite your needs.

We offer 2 standard packages, Full time Planning Wedding and Wedding Management, depending on the type of service and how much assistance is needed. We can also customize packages to meet specific needs.

Although we are based in Washington, DC, we work with clients nationally and internationally.
