  • Why do I need an event designer?
    A event designer helps you decide a theme or style of your event. We then help pick decor to create a unique event and transform your ideas into a beautiful story to create lifelong memories.
  • My venue already has a coordinator, do I still need a event planner?"
    There is big misconception or misunderstanding about venue coordinator in the wedding industry. The venue coordinator is responsible for overseeing the on-site staff and providing assistance to other events in their venue. They do not help with timelines or the flow of your event. As your event planner, we are there to serve you on your special day and ensure all guests are well taken care of and having fun your special day.
  • How soon should I book your services?
    The earlier or sooner the better to reach out to us. Whether your just engaged or 6months in the planning stages, we are here to help. It also depends on the type and sizes of your event you are planning that you want on your special day. We will let you know if its not possible to do.
  • Do you take on more than one wedding per day?
    We only take on one event project per day in order to best serve our clients. We want your event to be flawless and provide lifelong memories!
  • Do you do destination weddings?
    Yes, we love destination weddings and have a certified travel agent on the team! Reach out to us and lets chat.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash (Zelle), certified checks, and all major credit cards through Quickbook or Paypal. We do require a retainer fee and initial down payment in order to hold the date. We then work with you to create a customizable payment schedule to best suite your needs.
  • What types of events does All For You Events and Designs plan?
    We specialize in exceptional event planning for a variety of celebrations to include weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, retirements, bridal parties, engagement parties, family reunions, graduations, celebrations of life, funerals, community and social events, and more. The only events we do not cover are corporate and nonprofit.
  • What types of wedding packages do you offer?
    We offer 2 standard packages, Partial and Pop-Up, depending on the type of service and how much assistance is needed. We can also customize packages to meet specific needs.
  • What areas do you service?
    Although we are based in Washington, DC, we work with clients nationally and internationally.
  • How do I book a date with you?
    Fill out the contact form on our website, email, or call. We will then schedule a consultation to see how we can best fit your needs.
  • Are you Insured?
    Yes and insurance documentation is available upon request.
